A Historic Property With A System That Needed Attention.
When MHP Hospitality purchased the historic Hotel De Anza in October 2024, the property's fire alarm system required significant attention. As new owners, they needed a trusted partner who could restore the system, guide them through inspections, and ensure the building met life safety requirements.
